Process to manually register

Step 1 - Download and fill-out the Registration Form (Click the link below)

Step 2 - Make payment via one of these methods

Check - Check in the name of "Lachine Curling Club Inc." and delivered to club

Cash - Delivered to Lachine Curling Club and delivered to Club Manager

Step 3 - Download and fill-out the Poll Card
