Process to manually register

Note:  If you are unconfortable with on-line registeration and payment

Step 1 - Download and fill-out the Registration Form (Click the link below)

Step 2 - Make payment via one of these methods

Check - Check in the name of "Lachine Curling Club Inc." and delivered to club

Cash - Delivered delivered to Club Manager at Lachine Curling Club

Step 3 - Download and fill-out the Poll Card

List of Leagues you want to join Day and/or Evening (Click the link below)
