In the province of Quebec, curling is promoted by Curling Quebec, organizing provincial championships and competitions for teams wanting to compete at a national, provincial, or local level.
Regional competitions for women, in southern Quebec and eastern Ontario are organized by the Ladies Curling Association of the Canadian Branch of the Royal Caledonian Curling Club.

At the end of February each year the West Island Curling Clubs open their doors and welcome all curlers to the Lakeshore Bonspiel. Competition is fierce with the winners walking away with some cash in hand and more importantly, new friends. Snacks are served after each game with each club trying to outdo the other, all in friendly competition of course!
Start in the east and enjoy the warmth and fun of the Lachine Curling Club, travel west to visit with the always welcoming Point Claire Curling Club and then on to the hospitality of Baie d'Urfe. Head out of town and you are welcomed to Hudson's two curling clubs; Hudson Legion, a cozy two sheet and Hudson Whitlock club where you may still find a hard-core golfer out on the race that shares facilities with the curling club. Swing back into town and travel to DDO where you will end the loop at the Glenmore curling club, as they say last but not least.
This annual bonspiel is keenly anticipated. All local curlers are encouraged to enter.
